which involves our 5 Steps of Process.
During the meeting phase, client’s needs and objectives are identified. Questions regarding the specific functions, furniture, equipment and requirements of the space are discussed. After client’s direction and details of the project are consulted, an estimation of overall costs are proposed and contract is formed.
In the schematic design process, space planning and furniture layouts are developed. Rough sketches and elevations are created with development of client’s ideas and requirements. Inspiration presentation is given to the client for review and revision.
After client’s approval of the schematic design, the designer develops floor plans and other related materials in greater detail. Details include specific selection of colors, furniture, fabrics, and other equipment; revised cost estimates are prepared. The final design concepts are presented to the client for the review, revision and final confirmation.
This is the stage where things are built and installed according to the final design approved by the client. As construction starts, the specific details of the work is completed to the total scope; details include in making final decision of plumbing location, lighting plans, and electrical layouts.
Once the construction is complete, the client’s space is given a thorough inspection. An assessment is done to ensure everything is installed correctly and followed the final design. The warranty time frame is one year. If any issues arise, repair services are done in a swift manner within the given time frame. [ Damage caused due to negligence of the client or damage occurred outside of the warranty time frame are subject to a repair fee at the client’s expense. ]
